Kwon Hae-hyo (Korean: 권해효) is a South Korean actor and activist who portrays the supporting character of Kim Chul-min in the Netflix streaming series Parasyte: The Grey.[1]

Kwon is also known for his activism and has been involved with a number of organizations advocating for political and social justice causes, including the Unite Our People Movement Headquarters, the Abolish the Family Registry and Create Family Equality Organization, the Cultural Alliance for Peace at Daechuri, and the Minkahyup Human Rights Group.[2]
On April 11, 2024, Kwon Hae-hyo was announced that Kwon was cast as Kim Chul-min, who is described as a senior detective at Namil Police Station, whom eventually becomes infected with a parasite.[3]
