The Telepathist and the Parasite (テレパシストとパラサイト) is a short story in the manga anthology Neo Parasyte F, written and illustrated by Kashio. It is Case 8 in the volume.
Synopsis[]
Over twenty years after the massacre caused by Hideo Shimada, a new student named Suzuki transfers to West High. The main character, a fellow student named Acchan, finds his attention drawn to Suzuki and discovers that he is able to sense Suzuki's presence. Rumors and whispers start calling the new student a parasite despite his skill in sports and school. After Acchan stops some malicious boys from cutting off Suzuki's hair, the two of them begin to hang out together.
